Course & Payment Information

Courses are sold through our white label platform (TSRAcademy.com) the Kajabi platform (School.TSRAcademy.com – Phasing out) and information is retained there. Subscribers to courses also opt in to the primary Newsletter list and can opt out at any time in the links provided in each email. Payment information is not stored unless the user sets the preference. Payment information is not stored outside of the Kajabi payment platform, Stripe or Authorize.net.

Fulfillment policy

Shipped goods are mailed within 3 business days and will have a tracking number (priority mail only). This number is stored with your order. For tracking help contact us.

Refund Policy

Courses and digital products do not qualify for refunds due to the nature of the instant delivery.

When a purchase is made, the customer must agree to the “no refund” policy. IP address, course access, and logs are kept by this platform. These records will be provided to banks in the case of disputes.
